To access the App, you must have a valid IEA Identity (IEA ID) issued through the official registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IEA ID and for all activities that occur under your account.

The App is intended for individuals who are members or trainees of Igiehon Elite Academy. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
All training videos, coaching materials, written workout programs, drill content, and educational resources provided through the App are the exclusive property of Igiehon Elite Academy and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The IEA AI Coach is an artificial intelligence assistant powered by advanced AI technology. It provides general training guidance, tips, and information based on the academy's programs and publicly available sports science knowledge.

The App includes social and messaging features. When using these features, you agree to:
IEA reserves the right to moderate, review, and delete any messages or content that violates these guidelines. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.
When you post messages, upload images, or share content through the App, you retain ownership of that content. However, by posting content, you grant IEA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

By using the App, you consent to receive in-app notifications related to your account, training programs, announcements, and social interactions. You can manage your notification preferences within the App settings.

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. IEA is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
The App and all training content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IEA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Physical training carries inherent risks. By participating in any training programs offered through the App, you acknowledge and accept these risks. IEA is not liable for any injuries sustained during training activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to IEA in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Igiehon Elite Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
IEA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the community or the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the App: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and removes your profile, messages, followers, training progress, and chat history from our systems, unless we are required to retain certain data by law. If you have downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
